6. Staging & Design

Our service includes a comprehensive Marketing Walk-through to detail exactly what you should do to prepare for the open market. We itemize cosmetic repairs, improvements and tips to spruce up your home. We also provide home staging to help move your furniture, enhance your decor, and coordinate with many professional vendors needed for things such as paint, flooring, light, landscape and cleaning services.

7. Photography & Videography

Lovette Properties now has a full time professional photographer and videographer to add to our marketing services. Our Coming Soon videos, Open House teasers and full property video walkthroughs are steps ahead of the competition and truly showcase your home.

8. Agent Care Coordinator

We want our Sales Agents to focus on their clients and their pipeline...not the tedious but necessary details that will steal our precious time. Our Agent Care Coordinator will manage Yard Sign installation, Lockbox coordination, delivery of Home Books, and make sure your Open House signs are put out and picked up for maximum exposure.
